We will find and introduce prospective tenants for your home to let, negotiate terms and carry out an in depth vetting procedure. This will include financial references and credit checks to be obtained prior to any house rental agreement being finalised.
Property Viewing
We hold the keys and accompany all prospective tenants on property viewings. Our vastly experienced staff will ensure that your property is shown at its maximum potential.
Deposit and rent collection
Our team will collect and hold the rental deposit from the tenant until the end of the tenancy. We also arrange for rent to be collected by standing order or, where appropriate, issue rent demands. All rent, minus management fees, is forwarded onto landlords along with a statement of account.
