Tim Cox Associates, commercial property agents have been established for over 35 years specialising in commercial property sales and commercial property for rent. Prior to this Tim Cox worked for a large firm of Chartered Surveyors in Birmingham, Chesshire Gibson & Company (now merged with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung) from 1974 to 1986 qualifying as an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1980.  

 

Tim Cox Associates was founded in Birmingham in 1986 as commercial property specialists and Chartered Surveyors, dealing with all aspects of commercial property, to include; valuations, sales, lettings, developments and investments. In 1997 the business relocated to Stratford-upon-Avon where it has since established a strong presence within the commercial life of the town itself and the surrounding Warwickshire area. 

 

Tim Cox Associates is run by Tim Cox, a vastly-experienced Chartered Surveyor and commercial property specialist who has been working in Stratford-upon-Avon and the West Midlands for over 40 years.
